Churchpulse is created by Future Church. By purchasing or using the churchpulse resources, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're getting

The resources are templates, spreadsheets, guides and tools to help church boards organise their work. You'll receive access to a folder containing them, which you can copy and adapt for your church.

2. This is not advice

The resources are general information only. They are a starting point to help your board, not legal, financial, tax, accounting or governance advice. They don't take your church's circumstances into account.

Your church's constitution and the law always come first. Before you rely on any resource for an important decision, check it against your governing documents and get advice from a qualified professional, such as a lawyer or accountant.

3. Your responsibility

You're responsible for how you use, change and rely on the resources, and for making sure your church meets its own obligations, including to the ACNC and state regulators. Information in the resources was current when written, but rules and guidance change over time.

4. How you can use them

• You can use and adapt the resources within your own church, including its board, staff and campuses.
• Please don't resell them, republish them or share them publicly outside your church.
• If another church would find them useful, point them to this website.

5. Updates

We may add, improve or remove resources over time. We can't guarantee that any particular resource will stay available or be updated.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All funds go to Future Church missions.

Because the resources are digital and available straight away, we don't usually offer refunds for change of mind. If something isn't working or you can't access the resources, contact us and we'll sort it out. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the resources.

8. Privacy

We only use the details from your purchase to give you access to the resources and to send occasional updates about them. You can ask us to stop at any time.
